About the Role: Our client, a well-established organization, is in the process of decommissioning their SAP systems and requires an experienced SAP CRM ABAP Developer with object-oriented programming (OOP) expertise. This role will be focused on building a program around data, specifically extracting data into a staging table for further processing. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll be involved in designing, developing, and implementing robust ABAP programs that extract data from SAP CRM systems, and ensure smooth data transformation for integration into other systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain ABAP programs for SAP CRM based on object-oriented programming principles. Extract data from SAP CRM, transform it, and load it into a staging table for use in downstream processes. Work closely with business analysts and other developers to build a seamless data extraction process. Ensure high performance and reliability of the programs being developed. Support the decommissioning of SAP and assist with data migration and integration efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the project is delivered within scope, on time, and within budget. Write and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions. Key Requirements: Strong experience with SAP CRM ABAP development, with a focus on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Proven experience in data extraction and data migration within SAP systems. Ability to build robust, scalable programs around data, specifically for staging and extraction purposes. Familiarity with SAP decommissioning processes and related data handling. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
