Our Enterprise Architecture (EA) Teams focus on defining the target state architectures to deliver on the strategic business and technology oues.
We set the technology direction of the group, and work with the business to develop the roadmap on how the target state architectures are delivered.

We support teams by providing high-level architectural guidance and guiderails against which detailed design of solutions can be assessed. And we work with representatives from our customer-facing and IT Operations Teams to ensure closed-loop learnings on the implemented architectures.
This role leads the Retail Banking Services Product domain and reports into Head of Architecture, Retail Banking Services. However, it will involve supporting channels used by other segments such as Business Banking.

This role leads the Retail Banking Services Product domain and reports into Head of Architecture, Retail Banking Services.
Other responsibilities will include:
1. Leading in the implementation of EA strategies and best practices to support business objectives, while focusing on business process design, solutions, information gathering and technology utilisation
2. Defining technical service capabilities, design attributes, draft enterprise profiles and segment architecture; controlling risks and solvingplex issues related to EA
3. Validating solution architecture against Reference Architecture
4. Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, addressing stakeholder requirements and providing client consultation to shape the future success of EA
5. Providing EA support by directing teams in baseline, target and roadmap development, transition planning, system and security management and segment architecture
We're interested in hearing from people who have
6. Experience within the IT Industry/financial services or in business consulting
7. Experience across multiple Architecture domains, including the implementation of Architecture in various large organisations
8. Experience in strategy development or consulting across a large and diverse set of stakeholders
9. Experience in jugglingpeting priorities and self-managing tasks with minimal guidance
10. Experience with data and analytical driven decision-making using EA repositories and dashboards
11. Experience with self-service and assisted channels, such as digital, API, branch, messaging and call centres
12. Expert in channel concepts, technologies and knowledge of key dependencies such as security, product, customer and payments
13. Expert in development and adoption of the Services Based business architectures, integration solutions and patterns
Desirable:
14. Knowledge of BIAN industry standard
15. Experience with BizzDesign or equivalent EA applications
16. Application of AI and GenAI within self-service and assisted channel use cases
17. Familiarity with call center and agent messaging technologies and implementations
