Job Description
We are seeking to establish a pool of school officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies at Winthrop Primary School. These roles will be the first point of contact for our school and will be responsible for providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing effective administrative support including greeting visitors, answering phones, and responding to routine enquiries
* Modeling excellent customer and administrative support services delivery
* Assisting with maintaining school databases, records, and management information systems
* Developing school marketing materials and newsletters
* Processing transactions using resource management (RM) Billing and RM Finance
Requirements:
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work in collaboration with administration team, school support staff, and teaching staff
* Knowledge of Department of Education databases and records management systems
* Strong financial skills
Selection Criteria:
* Demonstrated experience in providing effective administrative support
* Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures
* Demonstrated ability in using computers and application software packages
* Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated good interpersonal skills
