The position We are seeking an experienced Thai restaurant manager who can oversee day-to-day operations, hire and train qualified staff members, and maintain high food standards focusing on Thai cuisine. The restaurant manager will also be responsible for developing a positive brand image through consistent customer service and a strong understanding of our restaurant protocol. With professionalism and a positive attitude, they will help contribute to the growth and popularity of Thai Paragon, as well as the long-term success of our employees. Duties Oversee daily management of the restaurant. Train and develop staff, review timesheets, complete rosters, and manage recruitment, induction, and training. Manage inventory and oversee the procurement of food supplies. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Lead marketing efforts and handle financial planning and budgeting. Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with the head chef to plan food and beverage menus Qualities Diploma or higher qualification in a highly relevant major field of study At least 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and beverage operations Excellent people management and motivational skills Professional and proactive approach with a positive attitude Immaculate presentation and friendly personality Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances Ability to speak Thai and English Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective complaint handling and problem-solving abilities
