In this role you will Work From Home, with some travel as required to support Career Expos and other events in promoting talent attraction. All equipment is provided, laptop, phone, monitor; etc, to ensure you are set up for success. Thriving on innovation, we have recently implemented online credentialling to streamline the assessment process within Aged Care. You will be given licence to drive innovation in our recruitment systems and the talent processes.

* Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring goals and foster professional growth.
* Foster the continuation of a strong, collaborative team culture, harnessing the support, resilience and respect the team are proud of.
* Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance.
* Source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels.
* Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from start to finish.
* Utilise data and analytics to drive recruitment performance indicators, decisions and improvements.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience, minimum 3-5 years' in Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house), preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
* A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
* Proven ability to make data-informed talent decisions and experience in Talent Reporting to stakeholders.
* Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
* Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other related discipline highly desirable.
