Using your technical expertise, you will take ownership to investigate issues, research & craft solutions in a fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day tasks: Document and manage IT issuesDeliver excellent customer service & manage customer expectations.Monitor & respond to customer technical inquiriesResearch & deliver detailed root cause analysis.Technical writing/documentationTraining to customers and partners.
