The opportunity: At Kinetic we are currently embarking on a large transformation program and looking for experienced Business Analysts across key projects including Payroll, HR and Finance.
We are looking for professionals to analyse business processes, document requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop project documentation.
You will facilitate meetings, assist in implementing new processes, monitor solutions, identify benefits, manage risks, support testing, and deliver business process mapping.

This is a fixed term full-time contract for 12 months.
What you'll be doing: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems Identify and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and present findings.
Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
Identify and record business benefits and link those to scope, and requirements.
Identify risks and issues and/or additional benefits from proposed solutions Develop gap analysis and impact assessments where required Support testing of solutions across the program of work Develop and deliver business process mapping to support project and small initiative implementation (service delivery BAU initiatives) What you'll bring: Proven experience in strategy analysis for business requirements, developing process maps and conducting gap-analysis and impact assessments for business improvement.
Ability to communicate with all stakeholders internal and external to the organisation.
Strong analytic skills with ability to develop and deliver business process-mapping to support project and small initiative implementation.
Previous experience working in complex multi-vendor environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of industry best practices and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and an approachable demeanour.
Proven ability in improving processes and driving change.
Proven experience in partnering with the business to deliver projects.
Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business and positive approach to a continual changing work environment.
