The Role The Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Communications and Marketing team to enhance the Omni Marketing Brand and image.
It is responsible to the General Manager Development through the Communications Manager.
Key Accountabilities Support the planning and execution of communication and marketing strategiesDevelop ideas, write impactful content for a range of audiences, design, proof-read and edit company copyImplement creative and engaging communication activities focused on promoting OmniAssist in the preparation of schedules, and correspondence including letters and emailsEvent planning and assistance, coordinate logistics for events and tradeshows, including setup, pack down and promotional materialsAssist in the creation and coordination of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, social media, website and digital marketingAssist in the management of Omni's social media accountsConduct market research to enhance Omni's communications and marketing strategyAnalyse industry and social media trends and prepare and summarise performance analytics from social media platforms and the websiteMonitor and manage the Marketing team mailboxOur Ideal Candidate We are looking to employ a diverse range of people who are committed, adaptable, collaborative and resilient.
