Our teams across the country focus on provision of quality and diverse services within the field of Occupational Hygiene which often predominantly includes asbestos air monitoring, asbestos clearances, asbestos inspections, asbestos consultancy and management services. Additionally, we provide clients with a range of Occupational Hygiene services such as biological sampling, IAQ, dangerous goods, noise and other air contaminants. As a result of significant growth we are seeking a suitably qualified Licensed Asbestos Assessor to join our team. We would like to hear from you if you have between 2 to 4 years’ experience in the field as an asbestos assessor or asbestos consultant and have a current or are very close to obtaining a class A asbestos license. As the licensed asbestos assessor you will be focusing on: Conducting asbestos monitoring and implementing programmes, including fibre count laboratory work; Provision of clearance reports for friable jobs; Client Liaison; Site surveys (including sampling and management / pre-demolition asbestos building surveys); Provide asbestos reports and recommendation; Provide site supervision in asbestos removal projects as the client asbestos consultant. To be considered for this opportunity you must: Hold a current class A asbestos Assessors license or be eligible for one very shortly; Have 2 years’ experience as an asbestos surveyor / consultant (Field work); Have Experience in asbestos surveys of various types of structures, asbestos management, maintenance and review etc; Hold a current Australian Driver’s License Have a Good working knowledge of current WHS regulations; Be able to demonstrate skill in report generation; Be available for interstate and international travel as required Have highly developed interpersonal communication skills.
