About the opportunity
We have a part-time role for a skilled and bachelor-qualified teacher to join our three-year-old program at Uniting Kindergarten in Horsham.
The ideal candidate will oversee service operations, maintain compliance and quality, and provide leadership to a passionate team to ensure the provision of quality early childhood programs.
A safe, inclusive, responsive and supportive environment where children's interests and needs are prioritized is essential. The position requires strong leadership, knowledge of contemporary practice, high-quality programs, and continuous improvement.
About you
To be successful, you must have:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Teaching or equivalent as approved by ACECQA.
* First aid training as prescribed in the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
* Extensive experience in Kindergarten and/or other early childhood services providing high-quality care and education.
* Leadership experience in Kindergarten and/or other early childhood settings.
* A sound understanding of early childhood learning and development.
