We are seeking highly skilled Credit Analysts to join our operations team in Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assessing credit applications for our personal loan and credit card products.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day business operations in customer support and underwriting
• Review and assess complex credit applications
• Prepare, undertake, and produce credit submissions
• Gather information and data required for credit submissions
• Ensure a smooth credit submission process
• Assess and approve credit submissions
• Conduct credit reviews
• Monitor and improve customer communication, messages, and channels
• Ensure MoneyMe maintains compliance with all legislation requirements
Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (degree preferred)
• Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to work autonomously, own, and complete projects as well as multi-task
• Positive, inclusive, and collaborative approach to work
• Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to go above and beyond to help MONEYME clients and customers
• Confidence to challenge and strive for continual improvement
