About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Change Manager based in Perth for our client to lead our ServiceNow Replatforming Project. This critical role involves transitioning from a legacy ServiceNow platform to a new, modern ServiceNow platform, impacting every employee in the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage change initiatives for the ServiceNow Replatforming Project. Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure smooth transitions. Anticipate and address organizational needs where technology impacts all employees. Collaborate with key stakeholders including HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure seamless integration and user adoption. The Successful Candidate Extensive experience in managing technology projects. Proven track record in developing and executing communication plans. Strong ability to anticipate and address organizational needs. Flexibility to work part-time or full-time, with a preference for part-time candidates.
