Job Description:
You will oversee a small portfolio of approximately 50 properties in the Mandurah region as a property manager. This role is ideal for an assistant looking to take on more responsibilities and eventually manage their own portfolio. You will enjoy end-to-end management support from a high-level team and assistants, allowing you to focus on your core tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications:
* A valid Property Management Registration is required for this role.
* Previous property management experience is preferred but not necessary; assistants are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
* Outstanding communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with clients and colleagues alike.
