About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a People, Culture and Change Manager to work with our Lincoln Sentry business, based in Acacia Ridge, QLD with very flexible working options.
The role is 24 hours per week which can be worked across three, four or five days depending on your preferences.
Reporting to the Head of People, Culture and Change (PCC), you will work closely with leaders to provide customer focused strategic and operational HR advice.
You will have a pragmatic approach to guiding leaders in areas including Employee Relations, Change Management, Recruitment and Performance Management.
You will be supported by our highly collaborative broader PCC team and will play a key role in the long-term growth plans of the Dulux Group and our culture.
