The Service Desk Officer is responsible for ensuring the Facilities service requirements of The Gordon are responded to and actioned appropriately within acceptable time constraints.
This position also provides backup for the daily operations of the Helpdesk and reception service to all internal and external customers, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of The Gordon fleet.

Salary: $59,815 to $67,255 p.a.
plus Superannuation
Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.
