The NFSA is undergoing digital transformation to establish itself as Australia's most dynamic cultural organisation, focusing on rebuilding its curatorial workforce and enhancing digitisation capabilities.About the TeamThe Collection Digitisation Section is part of the Collection Preservation Branch, responsible for the digital preservation of historical film, video, audio, documents, and artefacts within the national collection.The OpportunityThe Operations Manager will lead a team of collection digitisation professionals, requiring a strong technical knowledge of audio-visual operations and program delivery skills.
