Your New Role We are a rapidly growing company seeking a highly motivated, data-driven individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our business across the entire supply chain life cycle. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Operations team to drive outcomes and ensure the smooth flow of operations. Your Day to Day Coordinate Transfer Orders for supply distribution between multiple warehouse locations outbound and inboundPerform transactional system data entry for all operational inventory tasks including order raising, order fulfilment and receivingAssist with maintaining communication and management of operational tasks with all warehouses domestically and internationallyContent Management for all Supply Chain related documentation for internal and external partiesGenerate reports for inventory related data including inventory movement, valuation and other supply related data setsManage external freight forwarder for all inbound shipments from external suppliers and track through to deliveryTrack all shipments inbound and outbound with external freight forwarder and report updatesWork with local and international suppliers to ensure all relevant shipping and customs clearance documentation is completed and actionedEnsure decisions for all freight and logistics choices are economically viable including method of transport, consolidation and rate reviews You will enjoy this role if you have... 3+ years relevant supply chain coordination, inventory management and logistics experience and with import/exportExperience with WMS, Inventory Management and ERP systemsAnalytical, high level of attention to detail and accuracy with demonstrated ability to identify and rectify errors and risksStrong Excel skillsNetsuite experience (desired) What you'll get in return Generous product allowanceBe-me leave for personal wellbeing and self-careWeekly wellbeing activitiesQuarterly onsite hairdressingFabulous bright office space in Redfern, close to public transport.If you believe you have the skills, experience and motivation to make an impact in this role, please take the next step and submit your application.
