We are looking for someone to assist with the design and drafting of components, both machined and fabricated.The candidate will also be responsible for setting and running a 3D printer and using a metrology grade 3D laser scanner.Experience in a similar industry is essential, as we hope to find someone who can hit the ground running.Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD is required, with motion analysis preferred.Excellent English speech and comprehension skills are necessary.Responsibilities:Undertake technical investigations, root cause analysis, and solution identification.Integrate platform mechanical systems on naval vessels.Experience in the relevant CAD/3D software package (AutoCAD).Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Ability to manage, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks concurrently.Paying hourly rates with penalties: $42 - $50 p/h.Standard working hours are from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Thursday, and until 3:30 PM on Friday.
