Shifts
Week 1: Mon 07.00 - 15.00, Wed 10.00 - 15.00
Week 2: Mon 07.00 - 15.00, Wed 10.00 - 15.00, Saturday & Sunday 07.00 - 13.00
As a member of the Housekeeping team at The Haven, you will be providing high quality laundry services for our residents within our residential aged care home, ensuring residents' belongings are clean and presentable.
About the Role:
* Provide laundry services which includes collecting and washing personal clothing, folding and sorting, distributing personal items back to resident rooms
* Supporting your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit
* Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents, closely following all policies and procedures
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
* A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
* Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
* A reliable team player
* Understanding of workplace health and safety
* Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
