Clinical Service Manager
Work with an amazing NFP working within Mental Health and Health and manage The Clinical Service team. You will oversee and support the team, providing guidance around various services offered to clients. This role involves risk management, reviewing and updating the model of care, and identifying different aspects for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Change Management: Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring standards of care are met.
2. Multidisciplinary Coordination: Work with counselors, mental health workers, support workers, and case workers.
3. Clinical Review: Conduct clinical reviews and manage multiple responsibilities.
4. Values and Culture Fit: Ensure a strong understanding of feminism in healthcare, trauma-led frameworks, and reflective practice.
5. Day-to-Day Operations: Manage budget constraints, support staff, engage in reflective practice, liaise with external partners, and participate in community engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
6. Strong understanding and passion for feminist healthcare.
7. Experience in trauma-led health frameworks.
8. Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with the team.
9. Experience in domestic and sexual violence is ideal.
10. Education: University degree in counseling, mental health, or a related field. Must be accredited.
11. Experience: Senior clinician with 5+ years of experience.
