About the Role
This is a Full-Time position that requires an experienced and motivated Sales Administrator to join our busy team in Tomago, NSW.
* Reading and interpreting building plans, quotes and selections to accurately extract and enter new jobs into our production software and Excel spreadsheets.
* Managing customer enquiries regarding new and existing projects.
* Providing exceptional customer service support to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Intermediate to High computer competence.
* Strong organisational skills to monitor and track multiple projects simultaneously.
* Demonstrated understanding of developing & following procedures.
* Friendly & professional customer service.
* Previous experience in the Building Industry with familiarity of drafting plans highly regarded.
