mBank Health is a dedicated vertical incorporating product, technology and Whitecoat, Australia's leading health directory and digital payments Health provides specialised support to our healthcare and aged care clients and is responsible for developing innovative products and services as well as tailored core banking products and services. Healthcare and aged care clients are supported from the very beginning of their journey, when they are at university, looking to set up, seeking advice on personal needs or grow their own business.
Your impact & contribution
The purpose of this role is to facilitate successful partnerships in themBank Health ecosystem to enable the delivery of strategic objectives around growth.
This includes the management of partnerships essential to the successful implementation of the strategy, including but not limited to major payers (public and private), practice management software providers and licensees of the Smart Health technology.
You will also work with a range of data and reports to understand thepetitive landscape and supportmBank Health to drive a best-in-class value proposition for the Bank's healthcare clients.
Your reporting lines & team
You will work in a small but dedicated team that supports Partnerships and Strategy across themBank Health ecosystem. You will report to the Chief Strategy and Partnerships OfficermBank Health.
Your responsibilities
1. Lead the end-to-end business development lifecycle from sourcing, to structuring and negotiating deal terms, to contract execution with a diverse set of partners, including adherence to the Group supplierernance framework requirements.
2. Create and deliver towards high level plans that enable the business to lead superior execution of the agreed partnership strategy and initiatives.
3. Create business case models and conduct the appropriate analysis to ensure viability and optionality of partnerships.
4. Drive project delivery, as it relates to deal implementations, with the right urgency, raise and resolve issues pertaining to delivery blockers proactively.
5. Build partnerships that are forged for success establishing a strong foundation allowing the Group to deliver solutions to meet customer needs and deliver to themBank Health strategy and purpose.
6. Strategically support the product teams and our existing partners with the expertise to resolve and coordinate in-lifemercial negotiations. This also includes operating as a subject matter expert for onboarding and execution in line with the group's supplier lifecycle framework.
7. Have a firm view of thepetitive landscape through research and support articulation of this across the broadermBank Health eco-system to influence decisions and prioritisation
8. Build and maintain productive and effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels ( product, procurement, risk, legal,pliance, finance, etc.)
9. Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.
Your capabilities
10. At least 4 - 7 years experience in Financial Services and the Health industry
11. Experience with partnerships would be highly regarded
12. Bachelor degree in business, economics, science, engineering or similar fields would be highly regarded
13. Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen skills, including a structured approach to problem solving and data analysis
14. Strong stakeholder management skills, interpersonal andmunication skills both written and verbal
15. Ability to work independently, project manage and drive to timeframes and oues
