As a Customer Service Representative within the Bethanie Services Team, you will be the first point of contact for the organisation. You will have the responsibility to provide a supportive and professional service environment for our customers, as well as understanding customer needs and promoting and identifying new service opportunities for our current and future Residential, Community and Village customers. This position will also undertake a variety of administrative duties. This position is on a casual basis and is based within the Bethanie head office located on Pier Street in Perth. We will be moving to a new office (on Hay Street in West Perth) in the new year, Jan 2025. About the role: Handle all inbound customer service enquiries Provide assistance, support and liaise with internal staff and departments Respond to internal and external enquiries via phone, face-to-face and email Process new client referrals for Bethanie's services and program Promote Bethanie's services and product Proficiency in completing associated functions and administrative tasks About you: You're proud of delivering fantastic customer service and have previous experience within a high-volume Call Centre / Customer Service environment.
