As a Microsoft Alliance Manager, you will support the Global Microsoft Alliance Director in managing the partnership lifecycle, overseeing Partner Center operations, and ensuring compliance with Microsoft guidelines for the ANZ region. Key responsibilities include handling deal registration, CPOR and PAL management, Azure marketplace updates, and managing the sales pipeline. You will provide performance insights, develop risk mitigation strategies, and support funding initiatives. Building strong relationships with Microsoft stakeholders and ensuring smooth operational processes are essential.
Our Microsoft alliance is at the strategic heart of our business, having experienced incredible growth. This role aims to further foster and expand this channel. It requires a detailed understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, sales priorities, funding programs, and go-to-market strategies. As a market-facing position, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering our ambitious Microsoft Alliance growth plans.
Qualifications
* Lead, manage, and coordinate the relationship with Microsoft, maintaining strong relationships with Microsoft sales teams, leadership, and key internal stakeholders.
* Contribute to joint pursuit plans, manage regular cadences with Microsoft, and collaborate with the sales team to manage Partner Center referrals for both inbound and outbound deals.
* Collaborate closely with the Global Microsoft Strategic Lead to ensure alignment on global strategies, initiatives, and priorities. Actively contribute to the development and execution of global initiatives, ensuring they are adapted and tailored for regional markets. Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between global and regional teams, driving consistency in strategy execution and maximizing the impact of Microsoft alliance efforts across all geographies
* Work with Microsoft to create compelling value propositions and a coherent Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, partnering with the Head of Marketing, Operations, and NCS Global Markets to execute comprehensive internal and external GTM strategies.
* Collaborate with the Head of Technology, Microsoft Solutions Lead, and other leaders to identify key solutions, explore new business and incubation opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies with defined revenue targets and budgets.
* Lead the execution of the annual joint business plan with Microsoft to drive mutual growth and secure funding from Microsoft through ECIF and other programs.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the Microsoft CSP program, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of licensing contracts and ensuring compliance with Microsoft guidelines.
* Oversee Partner Center operations, ensuring the accurate and timely upload of deals, managing CPOR and PAL across NCS entities, and ensuring up-to-date Azure marketplace solutions.
* Partner with the Head of Technology to pursue key solutions and work closely with the Microsoft Solutions Lead to address alliance management issues.
* Take ownership of all Microsoft alliance-related activities, including Microsoft Solution Designation, Specialization, Microsoft PINs, and the Partner Business Plan. Track progress and report to the Microsoft Solutions Lead and Head of Technology.
* Develop and track key performance metrics for the CSP program and sales pipeline, preparing detailed performance reports and dashboards for senior management. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Identify potential risks to various Microsoft programs and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
* Oversee the management of Partner-led MCI workshops, including the timely submission of POE materials to ensure payment.
