12 month FTC with possibility to go permSydney and Melbourne based offices70k - 80k Plus Super (Depending on exp)About the Role:Join a dynamic wealth management firm where technology projects are at the forefront of the business. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to employees across the business. You will provide end-user computing support, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and IT services. In addition to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, you will contribute to continuous service improvement and participate in project-related IT tasks such as hardware deployments, upgrades, and system enhancements.What's a typical day look like?Provide frontline technical support via email, phone, and in-person.Diagnose and resolve IT incidents, ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).Manage service requests, prioritising and escalating as needed.Deploy and configure laptops, workstations, and other IT hardware.Support identity and access management, including user provisioning and role-based access control.Maintain IT consumables and manage vendor relationships for technical support services.Assist in IT projects, including hardware rollouts and system upgrades.Document IT processes and contribute to service improvement initiatives.About you:Minimum 2 years of experience in a Helpdesk / Technical Support Engineer or similar role.Experience in a financial services environment is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications.Familiarity with Apple iOS devices and mobile device management solutions.Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and GPO management.Experience working with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Ivanti.Understanding of ITIL service management practices (certification is desirable).Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service mindset.If this sounds of interest, don't hesitate to reach out to a member of the team, or apply directly below!
