Workplace Training & Assessment (Education & Training)

Bamara Education & Training is seeking the services of a qualified Community Services Trainer who can deliver training through face-to-face and virtual means. We are looking for passionate Trainers who are able to work across multiple cultures and a diverse cohort of learners.
The Role
Trainers will conduct weekly and monthly workshops to progress learners through their courses.
Essential Qualifications Required:
1. TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
2. Or equivalent TAE40110 plus the units TAEASS502 and TAELLN411
3. Certificate III or preferably IV in Community Services or above
Valid Checks:
1. All successful applicants will need to have a valid paid working with Children’s Check or the ability to gain one.
2. An ability to pass a Police CV check.
3. Ability to be flexible and understand learner needs.
4. Cooperative, communicative, and willing to be solution-focused.
5. Ability to work with First Nations students as well as students from a diverse range of communities and backgrounds.
Rate: To be negotiated based on credentials, flexibility, industry expertise, knowledge, skills, and length of time within the industry.
