As a geospatial analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting geospatial data acquired through our advanced drone and laser technology. You'll work with cross-functional teams to provide key insights and support to drive the evolution of our projects and customer needs.Responsibilities
Process and analyze the geospatial data collected by Uavs to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data.
Spatial analysis is performed using GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, etc., and high-quality maps and visualization reports are generated.
Work closely with project managers and other team members to understand project requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
Participate in field data collection and validation to ensure data reliability.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to improve the efficiency of data processing and analysis.
Keep track of industry trends and technology progress, and propose improvement suggestions to enhance data analysis capabilities and workflow.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing, environmental science or related field.
At least 5 years relevant experience in geospatial data analysis, UAV data processing experience is preferred.
Proficient in ArcGIS, QGIS and other GIS software, able to skillfully use relevant tools for data analysis and visualization.
Understand the fundamentals and applications of Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) and UAV imaging technologies.
Good data analysis skills and ability to extract valuable insights from complex data.
Team player, good communication and problem solving skills.
With strong self-learning ability, able to adapt to the rapidly changing technology environment.
