We are looking for our next Guest Services Champion to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a supportive, passionate and customer-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will preferably have experience in a Front Office position in a hotel environment. A strong focus on the guest experience, customer service, solution orientated, good use of initiative, excellent communication skills & a high level of personal grooming and presentation are a must! You will be self-motivated, highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and demonstrate excellent computer and administrative skills.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Check-in and checkout of hotel guests
2. Maintaining guest accounts
3. Taking reservations
4. Assisting with all guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
5. Directing internal and external phone calls
6. Providing exceptional guest services
7. Communicate with other departments to increase guest satisfaction
8. Be a champion of all that we love about Launceston & Northern Tasmania
This position is full-time and is ideally suited to someone who has full availability during the week and on the weekend (primarily during 7am to 11pm however some night shifts may be required).
The successful candidate will have unlimited work rights in Australia.
