This role will involve overseeing staff, ensuring smooth store operations and having a strong understanding and ability to adhere to the NT liquor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the store
2. Lead, motivate and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
3. Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving products
4. Maintain merchandising standards and store displays
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor laws and store policies
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in retail, ideally within a liquor store environment
2. Strong leadership and supervisory skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
6. RSA certificate is required
7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
