About this opportunity About this opportunity As the Head of BSS OSS Network Management and Automation Domain for ANZA CSS, you will be fully accountable for delivering solutions covering the CSS BSS OSS Network Management and Automation portfolio for all the customers in Australia and New Zealand.
In this new unit, you will lead a team of Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Integration Engineers with expertise in the BSS OSS Network Management and Automation Domain.
The Head of Core Network Applications Domain will be a pivotal force in driving the success of our customer delivery services across all ANZA customers.
This is a high-impact role that will not only lead our domain capabilities to fulfil each of the customer's demands but also will support ANZA CSS organization in business development activities to reinforce our value proposition with technical expertise during the presales engagements.
This role reports to the Head of CSS in CU ANZA and part of the leadership team.
What you will do: Lead the portfolio of projects under the domain responsibility and secure operational and financial progress as per the approved business case.
Build and maintain service delivery resources and competence in accordance with CU CSS delivery capacity planning.
Secure effective staffing of projects and presales engagements including right-shoring strategies.
Act as design authority in the domain.
Promote asset reuse and industrialization.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to secure customer commitments and delivery excellence.
Ensure full adherence to Ericsson processes, ethics & compliance directives, and cultural sensitivity Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to implement new procedures Engage with the customer at all levels, including c-level.Control Unit's budget and secure cost recovery.
Drive knowledge sharing and promote best practices.
Act as the escalation interface towards the Market Area and Business Area for the solutions under the domain responsibility.
Actively participate in Sales, Project & Operations governance.
Effectively build, lead, and develop a customer facing teams that consistently earns the trust and confidence of key customer stakeholder groups.
Actively contribute as a member of the ANZA CSS LT to the overall success of the organization.
To be successful in the role, you should have: Deep expertise in the CSS BSS OSS Network Management and Automation portfolio with sound understanding of CSS BSS OSS Network Management and Automation Portfolio's vision, business objectives, products, solutions, and services.
10+ years in leadership positions with customer exposure Extensive experience managing a project portfolio and deliveries towards customers.
Experience with Ericsson's project management framework, processes, and tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interact with people at all levels.
