The Role
We are currently seeking a Resourcing Specialist to join our vibrant and professional Rail Team in our Seven Hills branch, and on-site in rail environments visiting our client sites.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within the rail sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing of suitable candidates
Conducting and recording reference checks
Writing job adverts and advertising online
Providing excellent customer service to candidates & clients
Effective database management
Data entry and compliance duties
Developing & Distributing Rosters
Promoting a positive safety culture
Providing resourcing reporting for Senior Management
Skills and experience

Experience in Rail sector/Recruitment Sector highly regarded (not essential)
Mandatory Requirements
To be eligible for this role you must:
Pass a Rail Category 1 Medical
Pass on-going internal and host site, random workplace drug and alcohol tests (Urine)
Be willing to obtain RIW Card
Complete Courses:
Safely Access Rail Corridor
Protection Officer Level 1 & 2
Handsignaller Level 1 & 2
Electrical Permit Holder
Have reliable transport to travel to client sites as required
