Your skills and background include: Tertiary qualification/s in a relevant health field and AHPRA registration or eligibility for membership with the association in your field At least 5 years of senior clinical experience, with advanced skills in mental health screening and risk assessment Proven ability to lead and supervise clinical staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance, and the ability to develop and implement effective clinical processes Experience working with diverse young populations, including CALD, Indigenous, and LGBTIQA communities Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, families, and other service providers, ensuring the delivery of integrated and high-quality care.
