We are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager for our casual wine terrace and events. This role is designed for a career professional, committed to driving excellence in one of Australia's best venues. Based primarily in our Wine Terrace space, the successful candidate will support the management team delivering services and events across multiple locations at the Estate. Demonstrated supervisory/management experience: shift management, event management, venue operations, POS, RSA management, lead by example, staff appraisals, induction, training, and development. Excellent communication and organization skills; give feedback, support, direct, and nurture our staff. Excellent food, beverage, and cocktail knowledge. Expertise to assist the Event Managers with the practical and operational requirements of events. Sound understanding of workplace health and safety standards.
