About the role
This position is responsible for consulting with business stakeholders to identify business and project requirements, document business processes and analyse gaps to enable the development of improvement strategies to support the strategic and operational goals of business process owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and interpret complex data sets using Excel and Power BI.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Highly Desirable Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
Strong experience with Power BI and Power Query.
Proven ability to analyse large data sets and present findings clearly.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
