As the Modern Work Scale Global Black Belt – Virtualization, you will be part of a select team spearheading Microsoft virtualization solutions and future products with partners, to scale and incubate their ability to deliver on workplace transformation.As a Modern Work Global Black Belt - Virtualization, you will be a senior sales leader within our enterprise sales organization working with our most important partners and be a reference for other specialist sellers and partners. You will lead a virtual team of engineering, partner, and consulting resources to pioneer new business models with partners.You will help partners define their productivity and Hybrid work strategy, build their capabilities, incubate new ways of going to market, and scale their impact. You will contribute to building a culture of collaborative and inclusive business leadership & development to scale the Modern Work business over the next 3-5 years.Qualifications Minimum required qualifications 5+ years of Enterprise customer and/or partner sales leadership.Solution selling experience across C-suite.Highly motivated and ability to manage ambiguity in a matrix environment.Collaboration skills and executive presence.Ability to influence and leverage a wider set of stakeholders internally and externally including senior business and tech leaders.Learning agility and tech intensity to drive incubation solutions.Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.Bachelor's Degree – Required.Additional preferred qualifications Previous experience working with and scaling through partners.Responsibilities Responsible for scaling the virtualization business with partners in the region, including but not limited to incubating new business models, building capability in the partners, leaning in on large, complex, and strategic deals across the region.Be a thought leader who can articulate the value of our virtualization solutions and engage confidently at CxO levels to articulate the partner value proposition in driving a secure and productive virtualization solution.Land new incubation motions/solutions in the field with partners and be able to pull together various stakeholders across Sales, business groups, Engineering, Partners to land the solution and help build a scale motion for the future.Be the sales and technical thought leader in the space and coach/mentor partners and field teams by being on top of compete and partner scenarios, sales plays, product life cycle, deal coaching, and best practices.Be the voice of the partners in providing inputs to leadership and engineering on strategic market needs and opportunities shaping current and future products, market strategies, and customer-centric ideas.Achieve and exceed sales targets to grow the business together with partners.Represent Microsoft and the solution area as a subject expert and evangelize internally and externally across various forums, customers, and partners.Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work.
