The Opportunity
There is something special going on in the Wangara office of this global mining services provider. They are hugely successful, have locations around the globe, and are in a growth phase like no other, but they are also humble about their achievements.

Your Role
You will work as part of the administration team ensuring that your clients receive exceptional service and delivery. You are at the coal face in this role, acting as the conduit between the supplies, sales team, and end client.
* Client communication
* Tracking stock, including liaising with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery
* The standard processing of POs, assisting the sales team with orders, reporting, preparation of dispatch dockets, and stock order placement
* General administration tasks
Plus much more... you won't be bored in this role, but also well-supported.
Your Background
To be successful in this role, you will have to have a strong background working in an administration or sales administration position. Ideally, you will have worked in a similar industry and are comfortable around tech.
Your attention to detail will be a standout, matched by your communication skills and ability to prioritise your work.
