We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team as a Field Service Technician in Melbourne.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Responsibilities
1. Hands on role delivering high quality electrical and mechanical support
2. Contract repair, preventative maintenance, installations and emergency breakdown services for Dematic customers in the Melbourne region
3. Participation in the on-call roster and flexibility to work overtime including some weekends
4. Flexible to work day and afternoon shifts as part of the work roster.
What We Are Looking For
5. Experience in troubleshooting/problem solving equipment faults
6. Strong customer focus and quality service delivery
7. Australian Electrical trade licence (mandatory)
8. PLC experience in Siemens S7 and Scada WIN CC is ideal
9. Experience in automation (conveyors) and material handling equipment highly regarded
10. Experience in computerised maintenance systems (CMMS)
11. Experience in mechanical and pneumatic systems
12. Experience in hydraulic systems an advantage
13. Ability to work unsupervised, make decisions and be results driven
14. Strong understanding of WHS requirements and safe work practices
15. Current driver’s license mandatory
16. Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
