The Opportunity: This role sits within our Business unit of Oncology. Your role will be to represent and promote our Oncology portfolio of products, including Bladder and Prostate oncology in a specialist hospital environment. This will include developing territory insights, planning, and execution, and continuously improving territory business plans to meet and exceed customer goals.
Key Responsibilities: Develop territory plans and execute sales and marketing programs in line with brand strategies within the territory, Use your skills and ability to use multichannel resources including F2F sales calls to engage key Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Urologists Achieve or exceed sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients. Actively monitor and analyze market data to determine territory performance and identify opportunities and business insights. Essential Knowledge & Experience: Previous experience as a hospital sales specialist in Oncology. Have the knowledge and understanding of hospital processes and protocols. To demonstrate retention and utilize a high level of clinical knowledge. Preferred Knowledge & Experience: Have the ability to work autonomously and as a team. To be able to demonstrate strong communication. Education: Bachelor's degree in science, business or equivalent. Additional Information: This is a permanent, full-time position. Applicants must be based in Australia and have full working rights in Australia. This position is field based in Adelaide, Australia, and 65% travel is expected in line with your role. Candidates must be located within the state of South Australia.
