The Continence Clinic provides assessment, diagnosis, management, education and support to those with continence issues.About youThis position will suit a senior health professional with relevant clinical background who demonstrates strong leadership, communication, service administration, quality improvement and benchmarking skills. This role is expected to lead and develop the operations of the Continence Clinic whilst providing leadership support and clinical advice to other Eastern Health services as required. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate high level of analytical thinking and investigative skills involving research, benchmarking and resource identification including innovative service delivery models; demonstrates leadership skills including competencies in decision making and in handling a range of complex issues including organisational change, staff competencies, conflict resolution and collaboration.You will also be expected to supervise and guide the operational and professional development of individuals and the interdisciplinary team.
