* Work for Australia's oldest bank where you will be set up for success
* Shape and grow your career in home lending
How will I help?
As a Home Finance Manager in our Castletown Shopping Centre branch, you’ll help Australians achieve their dream of home ownership. Using your solid understanding of mortgage products and services and the local market, you’ll build great relationships with our customers. Service will become second nature to you as you meet with customers to understand their financial needs and goals, matching them with the financial products that will bring them closer to making those goals a reality.
What’s in it for me?
You’ll play a significant part in the future of a business that has been around for 200 years. Our purpose is to create better futures together, and we’ll support your career development, internal career prospects, and flexible working. You’ll also continue to learn and grow, backed by a fantastic team with a supportive structure. We offer generous paid and unpaid parental leave, including leave for adoptions, surrogacy, and foster care arrangements, while continuing to pay your super contributions during your time off.
What do I need?
Experience with home lending is essential. You will be knowledgeable about the end-to-end home lending process and have a real passion for people.
