You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and drive a positive and supportive culture within the facility.

* AHPRA Registration
* Experience in Leadership Positions
* Expert Knowledge of Aged Care Quality and Standards
* Passion for Person Centered Care
* Budgeting, Planning, Implementing Business Plans
* Brilliant Communication Skills
* Valid Police Check
* Background in change management / Improving Care Delivery
