Job Overview We are currently recruiting for Electrical Engineer to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's site in Perth and Surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: To provide a technical engineering service with the minimum of supervision to the client in respect of mechanical & electrical servicing, repairs, maintenance and installation. Inspect electrical/mechanical systems, including DB boards, electrical switchgear, AHU's and lighting systems to identify condition of assets. Ensuring that electrical systems adhere to the current electrical safety standards and regulations. Conducting general electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting electrical issues with testing equipment. Undertake routine PPM tasks in line with latest SFG 20 procedures. To ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders and PPM's are completed within the contract defined time SLA's & KPI's. To maintain all buildings to a high standard through a proactive manner. The successful candidate must provide a significant contribution to overall efficiency, effectiveness and customer delivery and must therefore play its part in the overall delivery of service. Reporting to the Regional Manager/Supervisor they will be responsible for the delivery of the contract within their allocated sites and in accordance with the contractual SLA's, business policies and processes. The candidate will support the regional supervisor with implementation of an integrated approach for the delivery of all contracted services ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. About You: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK Good team member with excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce. Technically qualified. Qualified Electrician, City & Guilds 2330 & 2391 or NVQ Level 3. 18th Edition. IOSH Working Safely qualification. Experience working within Facilities Management. Strong understanding of Building Services Infrastructure. Strong background in Technical Facilities Management with an electrical bias. Broad knowledge of computerized FM and maintenance management systems (BMS). The ability to work within a customer focused environment where brand image is very important. Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation to ensure site safety procedures are always followed. Customer Liaison skills. COSHH Awareness. Full driving licence. Full disclosure is a contractual requirement. On call required. Personal Attributes: Positive and confident. Customer focussed individual with proactive approach to working. Passionate and focused to deliver a first-class service. Ability to work on own initiative and or as part of a team. Ability to work safely always and the ability to understand contract and Health & Safety requirements/regulations.To lead by example to the team. Possess effective communication skills with ability to write technical reports and or communicate verbally with Manager, helpdesk and client representatives. Ability to use electronic hand-held devices. Ability to identify issues or risks that require escalation as necessary to Manager.
