Seeking a passionate entry-level customer service officer who is looking to looking for a foot in the door opportunity to an innovative company that is shaking up the gambling sector in Australia - Think of it like the new "Uber" or "Netflix".
Whilst starting in customer service, this role has opportunities to progress internally within the company into other areas, depending on the business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to customers over the phone, email and also live chat
* Taking initiative to see improvements in current processes
* Work collaboratively with the wider team and ethical gambling
* Ability to work on a rotating roster (Tuesday-Friday: 2PM - 10PM & 12PM - 8PM on Saturday/Sunday & Public Holidays - penalty rates will be paid)
