A leading bank in Sydney is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in HR systems, specifically Workday, to join their team. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring effective enhancements, process improvements, and potentially new builds based on business requirements. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and new builds. Work closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and other business units to understand needs and translate them into functional specifications. Develop clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive system efficiencies. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on HR systems (Workday experience preferred). A background in testing/UAT is a plus. Banking/ Financial services is a must. Sydney based candidates only.
