Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Delivering sound administration outcomes in accordance with established procedures and processes to ensure quality performance outcomes.Providing quality customer service to meet customer requirements by responding to queries or requests in a timely and professional manner.Delivering accurate administration and processing activities such as data entry, diary management, event support and meeting coordination, to a high-quality standard and in line with processes and timeframes.Delivering high-quality communications, assistance and support to staff, students and leaders within the work area.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLETo thrive in this role, you must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as a strong command of written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with database management are essential.
