Creative Video Producer - Corporate/Branded ContentMelbourne-based | Hybrid (on-set / in-office / WFH) Glue Content is on the lookout for a Creative Video Producer who can do it all. Someone who thrives on set, knows how to lead a shoot, and can bring ideas to life across every kind of content we create.
This is a hands-on role for a producer who's confident managing fast-paced productions from start to finish including social content, photography, video, brand storytelling, and even educational and instructional content.
You'll need to understand the nuances of brand identity and be able to adjust tone, style, and pace to suit different clients from bold retail campaigns to calm, considered explainer content.
You'll take projects from brief to delivery: owning logistics, conducting interviews, directing crew, and collaborating closely with our editors to ensure every detail is spot on. You'll be working across multiple projects at once, so we're looking for someone who's organised, upbeat, solutions-focused - and never lets ego get in the way of great work.
What you'll be doing: Leading all types of content production: from social clips to campaign videos to instructional piecesDirecting shoots on location and in studio, with a strong sense of creative and brand directionConducting interviews and working closely with talent, contributors, and crewCollaborating with editors in post to ensure every video lands just rightManaging multiple projects simultaneously: from pre-production through postInterpreting creative treatments and adjusting execution for different tones, audiences, and brand stylesActing as the face of Glue Content on set with a calm, professional and positive presenceTravelling for shoots when required (local and interstate)What we're looking for: 3+ years experience producing branded content across video, social and photographyA strong understanding of production from idea to final deliveryProven ability to lead crews and manage shoots with clarity and efficiencyExcellent presentation and communication, you build trust quickly and keep things movingAbility to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environmentExperience working with editors to shape content in post-productionA great attitude, flexible mindset, and no ego - we're a collaborative teamA current driver's licence and access to your own car (essential for shoots)What we offer: A full-time role with flexibility: on set, in office (for culture days and to collaborate with editors), and work-from-home daysA supportive, experienced team producing premium content for major Australian brandsThe chance to shape projects from the ground up and grow your creative careerIf this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
