Your leadership and organisational skills will be key in helping the team achieve their goals and enhancing farm productivity.What We're Looking For:We seek an experienced farm manager with a strong background in cotton production and irrigation. This role requires exceptional management and communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and practical knowledge of field and irrigation operations. While a diploma or degree in agriculture is highly valued, extensive hands-on experience, chemical accreditation, and a truck and motor vehicle license are essential.
