Learn more about our in our .Job Summary:As Applications Support Senior, you will comprehend the suite of project applications and works with project teams to implement and support the project applications, data integrations and reporting requirements for the team.Working with the Project Information Manager, you will to ensure they are implemented and configured correctly to support the project work processes.Major Responsibilities: Provide application training as needed to the project workforce Ensure rules of credit are configured per the process and procedures and review proposed deviations if required Review and report on quantity reporting interfaces between Bechtel Project Controls and Construction applications report on completeness and accuracy Review application deviation(s) raised by the project, evaluate impact to other applications, data integration and work processes and seek Automation Lead approval to determine the appropriateness of the deviation(s) Actively address issues and concerns as they arise and support the development of an innovative culture on the Project. Education and Experience Requirements: A degree in a STEM-related field, and/or specialised courses in Information Systems, Engineering, Construction, or related fields, with 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience in a STEM-related field. Required Knowledge and Skills: The role requires a strong blend of customer focus, analytical and technical skills: Ability to understand and support end-to-end the project work processes and both off-shelf and in-house developed business applications Able to manage own workload with minimal guidance and identify and lead opportunities for automation Able to translate technical information into practical terms for discussion. Able to work and meet effectively within a team environment Microsoft Office Suite intermediate skills with emphasis on Microsoft Access, Excel, Power BI, etc. Demonstrate a strong safety focus and value the development and maintenance of customer relationships Experience identifying and informing scope changes that may have a cost or schedule impact and provide input for management reporting.
