You will be joining a national team of 200+ Psychologists working under the NDIS and private sector performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types. You will have the opportunity to develop, extend and deepen your clinical expertise in a friendly, well-supported team and in an organisation that values your growth, passion and skills.While providing psychological practice you will be using CBT, ACT & DBT, and person-centred and trauma-informed approaches through ongoing psychological counselling. ORS also offers a full range of psychological assessments, including mental health, IQ, psychoeducational, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism and ADHD assessments. There will be the opportunity to receive training to develop your skills in this area and administer such assessments to applicable clients. Experience in the provision of cognitive and autism assessments will be looked upon favourably, as will endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology or Educational and Developmental Psychology.If you are just starting your Psychology career, ORS supports the 4+2 and 5+1 pathways, as well as registrar programs, with a team of AHPRA Board-approved Supervisors on staff in all areas of expertise to guide and support you to achieve your clinical competencies.
