Roads ACT is seeking a motivated individual to join the line marking team for the role of Ganger Road Worker within the Works team business Unit.
Roads ACT is responsible for the management of the territorial and municipal roads, national highways, community paths, stormwater network, bridges, carpark facilities, traffic signals, streetlights and associated infrastructure. Roads ACT manage these assets on behalf of the ACT Government for the enjoyment of the Canberra community.
The position is accountable for supervising and participating in the safe and efficient delivery of Line marking activities across the roadways and related infrastructure. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to quality, safety and compliance with standards.
Under limited direction, the position will oversee the Road Work crews in line marking and managing road maintenance programs and activities including:

Eligibility/ Other Requirements: Visa holders are eligible to apply for both permanent and temporary roles.
